For a carefree holiday, you can stay in one of our apartments in South Tenerife or in our villa in Southern Spain. Our apartments in Tenerife are in a prime location in Costa Adeje near the beaches and endless promenade that takes you all the way from Los Cristianos to Costa Adeje.

Our beautiful villa with a heated swimming pool is located in Ciudad Quesada, 5 minutes from Torrevieja (Alicante).

Frequently asked questions

How does the holiday home rental process work?

First, you choose which of our holiday accommodations you would like to rent. Then, under the 'BOOK NOW' tab, you can check our calendar. If the period you wish to travel is still colored green, you can send us a message via email or this website.

We will then send you a quote as soon as possible for the requested period.

Be sure to mention which apartment you are interested in, for which period, and with how many people.

If you approve our quote, we will draw up a rental agreement and block the period for you.

 

 

 

How are payments handled?

After we have drawn up the agreement, we request a small deposit to finalize the booking. We ask for the balance to be paid no later than 2 weeks before your departure date.

Are towels and bed linen provided?

Yes, you do not need to bring these. There are plenty of towels, and the bed linen will be changed during the cleaning before your arrival.
